This WarrantyLink Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the Effective Date, by and between American Home Shield Corporation (“AHS”) and the company executing this Agreement (“Company”). For purposes of this Agreement, “Effective Date” shall mean the date on which AHS and Company have each indicated their acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by electronic signature hereof. AHS and Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
