Note – Due to Austerity measures there are currently no arrangements in place for the MMO and EA to make payments to the Project during year 1 (2015/16). This should be kept under review; it is appropriate for all RAs to contribute as the above recognises. NE has agreed to contribute £5,000 in year 1 (2015/16) further contributions will be subject to funding availability (see clause 8.2). The Port of Fosdyke remains in law a Relevant Authority, currently no known person or body is responsible for the port. This situation should be kept under review.
