This AGREEMENT, entered in to this day of , 2003, by and between the Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority, of the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the "Municipal Utilities Authority", and the Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority Employees Association, hereinafter called the "Employees Association", representing the complete and final understanding on all negotiable issues between the Municipal Utilities Authority and those employees of the Municipal Utilities Authority represented by the Employees Association.
