This WASTE DELIVERY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of this 13th day of October, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and among ORBIT ENERGY RHODE ISLAND, LLC. a Rhode Island limited liability company (“Receiver”), and RENEWABLE ORGANICS MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Vermont, limited liability company (“Supplier”).
