Provide management & direction pertinent to the daily operation of the Water and Wastewater system with the goal of continually maintaining compliance of the permit limits set forth by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and regulatory reporting requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health. The Water system consist of a water treatment plant and distribution system, and Wastewater system which consists of a collection system, lift stations, and Activated Sludge System (ditches) with aerobic storage tanks, and drying beds (Wastewater Facility). Specific duties will be as follows:
