This Agreement made and entered into this Day of 20 (“Effective Date”), between Marina Coast Water District, 11 Reservation Road, Marina, CA, 93933, hereinafter called "District", and AMCAL Monterey Bay, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 30141 Agoura Road, Suite 100, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, hereinafter called the "Developer" (collectively, the “parties”) The name of the Developer’s development that is the subject of this Agreement, is The Promontory.
