This Water and Wastewater System Operations Agreement (the “Contract”) is effective on the date the last party to the agreement executes same (the “Effective Date”) between City of Jonestown (“Jonestown”), a Texas general law municipality, and the City of Leander (“Leander”), a Texas home-rule municipality, each acting by and through its undersigned, duly authorized representatives.
