This Agreement made and entered into this Day of 20 (“Effective Date”), between Marina Coast Water District, 11 Reservation Road, Marina, CA, 93933, hereinafter called "District", and Marina Developers, Inc., a California Corporation, with its principal offices at 1446 Tollhouse Rd, Suite 103, Clovis, CA 93611, hereinafter called the "Developer" (collectively, the “parties”) The name of the Developer’s development that is the subject of this Agreement, is Sea Haven Phase 5A.
