Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903 and the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, a Colorado County whose address is 856 Castello Avenue, Fairplay, CO 80440 (“Licensee”). CS-U and Licensee may collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
