This Second Amendment to Water Tower License Agreement (“Second Amendment”), made this day of between the Town of Whitestown, Indiana, with an address of 6320 S. Cozy Lane, Whitestown, Indiana 46075, hereinafter designated LICENSOR and GTE Mobilnet of Indiana Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless with its principal offices at One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (telephone number 866-862-4404), hereinafter designated LICENSEE. The LICENSOR and LICENSEE are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Parties" or individually as the "Party".
