This GAF WeatherHub Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between your business (“you”) and GAF Materials LLC (“GAF,” “we,” “us” or “our”) regarding your registration for, payment for, and use of the WeatherHub service (“WeatherHub”). WeatherHub itself is provided by AccuWeather, Inc. (“AccuWeather”), not GAF, and to use WeatherHub you will need to complete your registration through AccuWeather and agree to a separate contract with AccuWeather regarding your use of WeatherHub (the “AccuWeather Contract”) after you first make payment. AccuWeather — not GAF — is responsible for WeatherHub. Your registration for, payment for, and use of WeatherHub is not subject to the General Terms and Conditions governing the GAF Partner Portal.
