Semcac agrees to hire Contractor to provide weatherization materials and services for single family residences and other affordable housing units located in southern Minnesota. Contractor agrees to provide the weatherization materials and services requested by Semcac pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Weatherization Job Booklet for Single Family and Mobile Homes and the Work Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A, as may be modified by site specific job requests, for the amount set forth in the Average Bid Price List attached hereto as Exhibit B.
