Most, if not all, of the materials and labor to weatherize the unit are being supplied free of charge to your Owner/Authorized Agent because you are income eligible to receive benefits of the weatherization program. In return for this weatherization, your Owner/Authorized Agent has agreed to several provisions that benefit you and give you specific rights. These provisions and rights are summarized for you below.
