This Contract MA-060-22011834 for WebEOC Enterprise Software Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and ESi Acquisition, Inc., with a place of business at 6451 N. Federal Highway, Suite 1000, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), with a County and Contractor sometimes referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
