This WebFOCUS Cloud 30 Day Limited Trial Agreement (“Agreement”), contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the WebFOCUS Cloud Software Service offering and is an agreement between Information Builders, Inc. (“IBI”) and you or the entity you represent (“Customer”). Customer represents to IBI that it is lawfully able to enter into this Agreement and if entering into this Agreement for an entity, that the person entering into this Agreement has legal authority to bind that entity.
