This Immagonna Website License and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you, (“Customer”, “Requester”, “Provider”, or “you”), and Immagonna Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Immagonna (“Immagonna”, “us”, or “we”). Customer's use of the Site, as defined below, or any products or services of Immagonna constitutes Customer's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. The term “Agreement” as used herein includes any and all Service transactions (defined below) executed pursuant to this Agreement.
