This agreement is entered into by EXCALIBUR BOUTIQUE HOTEL and you THE CLIENT, of which the parties’ duties and obligations are set out in the following terms and conditions. The CLIENT and EXCALIBUR BOUTIQUE HOTEL hereby acknowledge to have read, fully understood and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and their intention is indicated by their mark made below. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable in terms of South African Law.
