Welcome to the Weebly App Developer Program! The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) applies to each Partner participating in the Weebly App Developer Program. Please note that in addition to the terms of this Agreement, Weebly’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and API Terms of Use, in each case as may be amended from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference, and shall govern the relationship between Square, Inc. dba Weebly (“Weebly”) and Partner.
