You are invited to bid on the following solicitation to conduct nursery bed weeding at Webster Forest Nursery via a services contract (all potential bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting prior to submitting bids for this solicitation or risk having their bid rejected). The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. For example, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR/AGENCY) does not warrant the estimated quantity of each item described in this solicitation.
