These Terms and Conditions, your Wegmans Shoppers Club for Business Membership Application, Charge Card Application (if approved by Wegmans) and the Confirmations you will receive for both your Membership Card and your Charge Card (if approved by Wegmans) constitute the entire Agreement between WEGMANS FOOD MARKETS, INC.
