WELL RECLAMATION CONTRACTWell Reclamation Contract • April 12th, 2016 • North Dakota
COMMISSION will pay the CONTRACTOR for the services provided under this contract an amount not to exceed Dollars ($ .00), to be paid within thirty days after COMMISSION has accepted the work. If COMMISSION determines, in its sole discretion, that the well cannot be reclaimed according to the Reclamation Specifications, COMMISSION may modify the Reclamation Specifications to insure the well is properly reclaimed by CONTRACTOR. If such modifications result in increased material and labor, CONTRACTOR's compensation will be increased by an amount equal to the usual and customary charges, for the additional material and labor, as determined by COMMISSION. In the case where such modifications result in decreased material and labor, CONTRACTOR’s compensation will be decreased by an amount based on the usual and customary charges relative to material and labor expenses, as determined by COMMISSION.
