AMENDMENT TO WELLSONE® COMMERCIAL CARD AGREEMENTWellsone® Commercial Card Agreement • November 12th, 2013
This Amendment to WellsOne® Commercial Card Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of November 12, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) and Billings Public Schools (“Customer”). Wells Fargo and Customer have entered into that certain WellsOne® Commercial Card Agreement, dated on or about September 21, 2005 (as the same may have been amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, the “Agreement”), and desire to amend the Agreement as more particularly set forth herein. In exchange for the mutual promises and agreements hereinafter set forth, and for other good and valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Customer and Wells Fargo hereby agree as follows:
