THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of October 29, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Valley Schools Employee Benefits Group, an Arizona non-profit corporation (“VSEBG”) and the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”). VSEBG and City are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
