address of 237 High Street, Middletown, CT 06459 (“Buyer”) and with an address of (“Seller”), represents specific agreements which will apply to the products and/or services listed in Schedule A hereto, (“Products/Services”), purchased by Buyer from Seller. Purchases hereunder may be made either on Buyer’s standard purchase order or via electronic commerce, hereinafter referred to as “Orders”. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to any such Orders and any provision of products or services by Seller whether or not this Agreement is expressly referenced therein.
