This Online Banking Agreement & Disclosure Statement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions governing Western Bank’s Online Banking Service, including account access, fund transfers, bill payments, and other online banking services offered. This Agreement is in addition to the terms and conditions described in any Account Agreement, Disclosures, IRA Agreement or any other deposit, loan or credit agreements you have with us, as well as applicable laws and regulations. You understand that by accessing the Service you agree to the terms and conditions described in the Agreement and acknowledge your receipt and understanding of this Agreement.
