This WEX FLEET BUSINESS ACCOUNT AGREEMENT, together with the related credit application, documents and schedules (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern the establishment and use of a business charge card account provided by WEX Bank, a federally-insured Utah industrial bank (“Issuer”), to the business identified in the credit application approved by Issuer (“Company”). The definitions on Schedule A apply for purposes of this Agreement.
