This WHOLESALE POWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of thethis 24th__ day of May_______, 2000, by and between Boston Edison Company ("BECo"), Commonwealth Electric Company and Cambridge Electric Light Company, each a Massachusetts corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of NSTAR (collectively, and individually as context requires, the "NSTAR Companies"), and Enron Power Marketing, Inc. ("EPMI"), a Delaware corporation. The NSTAR CompaniesBECo and EPMI are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
