This First Amendment to the Wholesale Sewer Agreement II (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this day of May, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana (“City”), an Indiana municipal corporation, and Hamilton Southeastern Utilities, Inc. (“HSE”), an Indiana public utility corporation. Hereinafter, the City and HSE may be individually referred to as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties”.
