Terms of Agreement 1.1 This agreement is made under the regulations promulgated by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC Program) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), 7 CFR Part 246. This agreement is not a license or a property interest. 1.2 This agreement consists of: (1) this form; and the following, all of which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein: (2) Attachment A-Certifications; (3) Attachment B-Store Locations; and (4) the Terms and Conditions. 1.3 To the extent that this contract involves the use, in whole or in part, of federal funds, the signature of the Contractor’s authorized representative on the contract signature page indicates compliance with the Certifications contained in Attachment A
