The Wildlife Conservation Agreement includes applicant information, a Management Summary Sheet for each qualifying species or habitat and a map. The agreement must be signed by the landowner and an authorized representative of the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission. Further documentation may be required for certain habitat categories or species. Unsigned applications will be returned to the landowner.
