This First Amendment to the Williamson County Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement (the “First Amendment”) is entered into this day of August, 2009 to amend the Williamson County Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated June 24, 2008 by and among Williamson County, being a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”), and Round Rock Medical Center (the “Affiliated Hospital”).
