THIS AGREEMENT AND LICENSE (hereafter “Agreement”), made this day of November, by and between the Town of Richmond, a Vermont municipality located in Chittenden County (the “Town”), and The Ratc Nest, Inc., d/b/a Radiate Art Space, a Vermont non-profit corporation, with its principal offices located at 203 Bridge Street, Richmond, Vermont 05477 (hereafter “Radiate”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
