If you would like to participate in this event, please fill out this form and return it along with your payment made payable to WINGS OVER HOUSTON AIRSHOW, include a certificate of insurance naming Wings Over Houston Airshow & City of Houston as additional insured’s. Space is limited & No space will be allocated until all requirements are fulfilled PRIOR to the deadline. Consider applying early for the best locations assigned on a first paid basis.
