This Agreement is made by and between the City of Burlington, a municipal corporation organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Vermont (hereinafter “City”) and Sovernet Fiber Corporation, a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the State of Vermont with its principal offices in Bellows Falls, Vermont (hereinafter “Sovernet”).
