This WinPrism License Agreement Amendment (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between PrismRBS, LLC. (“PrismRBS”) and (“Customer”). This Amendment amends certain terms of the WinPRISM License Agreement between Nebraska Book Company, Inc. (“NBC”) and Customer. NBC and Customer may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” herein.
