This contract is valid from the date of signature by the Student Staff Member (SSM) until the start of Spring SSM Training unless otherwise notified. Your employment with McKendree University is at-will and either party can terminate the relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. This, along with the attached job description, represents the entire agreement between you and McKendree University and that no verbal or written agreements, promises or representations that are not specifically stated here, are or will be binding upon McKendree University.
