THE ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AGREEMENT Between OLDBURY UK LIMITED and SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEFENCE Ministry of Defence Electronic Transactions Agreement THIS AGREEMENT comprises The General Clauses for electronic transactions. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the conduct and methods of operation between the parties in relation to the electronic exchange of data for the purposes of or associated with the supply of Articles and/or Services pursuant to those contracts which reference it. Except as otherwise provided in the appended terms, the terms do not apply to the substance of the data transfer. This Agreement shall have the date of and be effective from the date of the last signature hereunder. AGREED
