SCHEDULE—1984 Amending Agreement 3Wood Pulp Agreement • May 5th, 2020
WHEREAS as agreement (hereinafter called the "1984 Amending Agreement") supplemental to the Wood Pulp Agreement made in 1961 and subsequently amended by the Agreement a copy of which was set out in the Schedule to the Forests (Wood Pulp Agreement) Act 1966 hereinafter called the "1966 Amending Agreement" and the Agreement a copy of which was set out in Schedule One of the Forests (Wood Pulp Agreements) Act 1974 hereinafter called the "1974 Amending Agreement" was made on the 27th day of March 1984 between the Honourable Roderick Alexander Mackenzie in his capacity as Minister for Conservation, Forests and Lands for the time being in the State of Victoria for and on behalf of the State of Victoria of the first part Forests Commission incorporated by the provisions of the Forests Act 1958 of the said State of the second part and Australian Paper Manufacturers Limited a company incorporated in the State of New South Wales whose head office is situated at South Gate South Melbourne in the
