To put a hold on a date, a deposit of $100 must be paid. $50 of this amount is non-refundable; and is applied to the total cost of renting the facility. The other $50 of this amount will be held as a cleanup, damage deposit which will be refunded 2 weeks after the event if there is no extra costs or cleanup needed to the property or tasting room.
