This Work Made for Hire, Non-Compete Agreement is effective as of the date, of received electronic notification between Iron Knee Video and Entertainment further described as ("Iron Knee Video"), and the developer, further describes as ("Developer”). Electronic notification occurs with the Developer sending notification of acceptance of this contract through the web page submission process, Iron Knee Video sending verification of contract receipt via email to Developer, and the Developer submitting a final acceptance to the agreement via return email.
