Contract Type FiledJanuary 11th, 2006WORK PLAN FOR THE PERUVIAN MANGO TREATMENT AND PRECLEARANCE FOR EXPORTATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA The work plan is a formal Agreement, signed by a representative of the SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD AGRARIA(SENASA) of the MINISTRY of AGRICULTURE, Republic of Perú, the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA), ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE (APHIS), and the ASOCIACIÓN PERUANA DE EXPORTADORES DE MANGO (APEM). The work plan will govern the day to day operation of the mango hot water immersion treatment and preclearance program. Fruit exporters are required to operate under general USDA-APHIS supervision and to be in full compliance with the USDA-APHIS regulations, as well as SENASA regulations, as outlined in detail in the current Work Plan. The work plan will be in force until it is amended and/or a new edition is approved with the concurrence of all parties. The English version of this work plan shall prevail in the event of conflict with the Spanish language
