This Embedded Edition Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs the use of the Workato Embedded Edition provided by Workato, Inc. (“Workato”) and is accepted by the company (“Company”) who executes an Order Form or opens an account or accesses the Workato Embedded Edition. This Agreement is entered into as of the date that Company first accepts this Agreement by one of the methods above (“Effective Date”), unless the parties have entered into a written agreement for the subject matters herein that will control.
