and is between (“Owner”) and The Regents of the University of California, a California corporation (“The Regents”), on behalf of the University of California, San Diego (“UCSD”), in connection with the chartering of a vessel for the purpose of retrieving certain waterborne equipment at sea and delivering such equipment to the location(s) designated by UCSD (the “Charter”).
