This Workforce Intelligence Trial License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the entity which has accepted this Agreement through an on-line form (“Customer”) and Pegasystems Inc. (“Pegasystems”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of the Subscription Services (each as defined below). By accepting this Agreement, Customer acknowledges that it has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
