THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of its Community and Family Services Department (the “County”), and EMBRACE FAMILIES COMMUNITY BASED CARE, INC. (“Agency”).
