This Agreement has two parts. Part A details company specific workplace terms and conditions that will be applied throughout the term of this Agreement. Part B details the general terms and conditions of employment that have been previously recognised in the workplace as Award terms. If there are any inconsistencies between Part A and Part B Part A will prevail.
