This is a Works Order, dated as of 1st April 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between the Ministry of Justice (“CUSTOMER”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”/ "Supplier”). This Works Order is made pursuant to Framework Agreement RM662 between UKSBS acting on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Supplier dated 2nd April 2013 (the “Framework”). The terms of the Framework shall apply in full to this Works Order. Once signed by both parties this Works Order shall form a binding contract between them and shall be subject to the terms of the Framework.
