Under the Southern Sky Photography –Workshop Terms and Conditions • January 1st, 2022
This agreement is for attendance by “you” (the Client) at an Under the Southern Sky Photography Workshop, run by Under the Southern Sky Photography (ABN 75 350 092 567) hereinafter also referred to as “we”. It overtakes all prior agreements. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties.

BY USING YOUR SMART PASS AND THE TRAINING RESOURCES AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU IN ASSOCIATION WITH YOUR SMART PASS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT UTILIZE THE SMART PASS OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN.
