The following terms constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, as an Investor (“Investor,” “you”) and Worthy Property Bonds 2, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Worthy,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Worthy Property 2 Bonds (the “Worthy Property 2 Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from Worthy.
