AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of August 25, 1999, effective as of August 26, 1999 is made and entered into by and between WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, Connecticut 06902, U.S.A. (“WWFE”), and The United Paramount Network with its principal office at 11800 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90025 (“UPN”).
